Episode 3 – Shadows in the Forest
The forest was supposed to be quiet, a sanctuary. But for Wren, it had turned into a nightmare. Nikolaus, her sister’s fiancé, stepped out of the shadows with a twisted smile, his friends flanking him. “It’s just me,” he sneered, eyes dark. “Why so shy, Wren? We’re all family… soon.”
Wren backed away, terror clawing at her chest. “Leave me alone!” she wanted to scream, but no sound came.
Nikolaus’s grin widened, cruel and calculating. “Since I’m marrying the Alpha’s daughter, I’ll keep you safe in the kitchen… and you’ll know your place in the bedroom.”
Fear ignited something fierce inside Wren. She had been powerless, humiliated, cursed—but not broken.
Suddenly, the wind shifted. A deep, commanding voice cut through the chaos. “There’s someone in danger on my territory.”
Alpha Hunter Silver appeared with his Beta at his side. The Eclipse Pack wolves froze, tails between their legs. Wren’s heart leapt. Could this Alpha—strong, fearless, untouchable—be her salvation?
But even as relief washed over her, Wren sensed the curse pressing closer, threatening to strip away any chance of escape. The forest was alive with danger, and Wren’s journey was far from over.
